Shipping Info
Kawaii Stop aims to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of received cleared payment.
We will use Royal Mail recorded signed for service for domestic orders and Royal Mail standard airmail for orders outside of the UK.
Please choose the correct option according to your requirements.
The following P & P charges apply:
- Royal Mail 2nd class recorded: £2.99 (average 2-4 days)
- Royal Mail 1st class recorded: £3.85 (average 1-2 days)
- Standard Europe (airmail) : £4.99 (estimated delivery 5-8 days)
- Rest of the World (airmail) : £6.50 (estimated delivery 7-10 days)
The P&P charges remain the same no matter how big your order!
All orders over £40 are free of P&P shipping charges.
P & P costs include handling and packaging fees as well as actual postage costs.

If paying by personal cheque, please make payable to J. Lau.

Returns
Sorry we only accept returns from UK and EU customers.
Under the rules of the Distance selling regulations, there is a 7 day cooling off period from which you receive your order.
If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please return your goods for a full refund. We ask that you send an email prior to returning goods to indicate your intention to do so.
*Important* The return P&P charges are covered by the customer. Please use a tracked service for returning items as I cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in transit. Items must be in a saleable condition with all packaging intact and will be examined before a refund will be given.
After 7 days, all sales are final.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
